Barrel bomb kills three in Darfur’s East Jebel Marra

A woman and two children were killed in an air raid west of Deribat in East Jebel Marra on Saturday.
“An Antonov of the Sudanese Air Force began bombing the area of Lobi at 6 am,” a villager told Radio Dabanga.
“Maimouna Saleh Omar (75), Hawa Suleiman Hamed (12), and Mustafa Yagoub (8) were hit by one of the seven barrel bombs dropped near Lobi village. Three houses were destroyed.”
The Antonov also dropped a number of barrel bombs near the village of Tereng.
“Three horses, two camels, and seven sheep were killed, and a number of houses burned to ashes. The bombing ended at about 11 am,” the source reported.
