Electronic device shop pillaged in Central Darfur

Gunmen pillaged an electronic device shop at the grand market of Zalingei, capital of Central Darfur, on Tuesday. Speaking to Radio Dabanga, the owner of the shop, Mohamed Abdel Karim, said that he estimated the value of the stolen goods at SDG300,000 ($52,250). “The thieves were able to take everything, despite police patrols, and the presence of security forces,” the shop owner complained. He holds the Central Darfur State authorities responsible for what happened.
