DUP activities disrupted in West Darfur

Popular Defense Forces broke up a political rally in Um Dukhun, West Darfur. Asaad Bahar Aldin, Democratic Unionist Party (DUP) candidate for the post of governor in West Darfur, told Radio Dabanga that security forces arrested three DUP organizers. They were later released. He added that the National Congress Party threatened citizens of Bindisi, Mukjar and Garsila that their villages would be burned and bombed if they do not support NCP in the election.
