Displaced at Abu Shouk complain of passing 7th year in displacement

The residents of Abu Shouk Camp, as with elsewhere in Darfur, will pass this Eid Al Fitr in displacement for the seventh year in a row. The IDPs told Radio Dabanga that they mourn their situation. The IDPs said they are homeless and have nothing to protect them from the hot sun and rain water, especially this year when it has rained at record rates. The displaced said from the camp that they were trying to preserve what remains of their homes after waters washed away the shelters they had been living in.
