Cooking fire spreads burning 28 S. Darfur homes

A cooking fire left unattended by a woman who went looking after her children spread across a South Darfur village “completely burning” 28 homes on Thursday. Besides the burned homes, the fire that began at 1:30pm in Umm Khechena in Buram locality, destroyed large amounts of food and crops, such as millet and beans. A cooking fire left unattended by a woman who went looking after her children spread across a South Darfur village “completely burning” 28 homes on Thursday.

Besides the burned homes, the fire that began at 1:30pm in Umm Khechena in Buram locality, destroyed large amounts of food and crops, such as millet and beans.
