C. Darfur minister: 7 daily malaria cases

Central Darfur’s health minister announced a malaria outbreak in the state, revealing that as many as seven cases per day are reported in many hospitals throughout the state. Speaking to Radio Dabanga on Sunday, 31 December, Issa Mohamed Moussa Yousef declared that most malaria cases are concentrated in Zalingei and Garsila hospitals.
