The case of the ten heavily charged students was postponed to Tuesday, for the questioning of the defendants, who are all kept in custody: Sheikheldin Jaber Heri, Izzeldin Hamad Abdallah, Saddam Mustafa Mohamed, Mujahed Adam Haroun, Munir Ibrahim Ali, El Rashid Suleiman Mohamed, Abdallah Suleiman El Doma, Mohamed Yousef Ismail, Amer Ismail Omar, and Suleiman Ibrahim Adam.

The judge adjourned the case of the 56 other students to 4 January, owing to the absence of the prosecution, and lacking statements by some of the accused and the witnesses.
