SLM-AW: more than 20 Sudanese soldiers killed

The Sudan Liberation Movement led by Abdel Wahid Al Nour, integrated in the Sudan Revolutionary Front announced killing more than 20 Sudanese soldiers in an attack on an army base in Jebel Moon, locality of Seleia in West Darfur on Wednesday evening, 19 December. Mustafa Tambour, spokesman of SLM-AW told Radio Dabanga that the movement’s troops seized six military vehicles loaded with arms and ammunition. The spokesman added that more than 20 Sudanese soldiers were killed in the attack and that the base was ‘completely’ destroyed. Also, Tambour revealed the death of two of the movement’s commanders. Radio Dabanga was not able to reach the Sudanese army for comments.File photo
