Militiamen steal vehicle from foreign organisation in North Darfur

Militiamen reportedly stole a vehicle belonging to a foreign organisation working in the field of water provision, near Fata Borno in the locality of Kutum in North Darfur. Sources told Radio Dabanga that on 19 November militiamen ambushed the vehicle on its way from Damra to Kutum. They unloaded the driver and four other passengers, robbing them of their money and luggage and took the vehicle to an unknown destination. The sources affirmed that the militiamen who hijacked two vehicles with all passengers on the road between Tarma and Rofta on 17 November, are the same ones who stole the foreign organisation’s vehicle.
