Military police tortures citizens in Kutum, North Darfur

Two citizens were severely beaten and tortured by elements of the military police in Kutum town, North Darfur, on Wednesday. Teacher Hashim Abdel Salam Adam and his brother Yousif had been detained for an unknown reason. The military police beat and tortured them to the extent that they had to be transferred to the Kutum hospital for treatment.
