Ocampo was  speaking at a news conference in Brussels in front of observers of the  European Union delegation to monitor the elections in Sudan.<!--break--> He spoke a day after Bashir threatened to expel  the international election monitors for saying the elections have to be  delayed to deal with the logistical problems.
