Yesterday at a press conference in Khartoum the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> Vice President, Ali Osman Taha, presided over an exchange of blood-money between the Rizeigat and Misseriya tribes. The money is for those killed in fighting between the two tribes. The hand-off of 3 million Sudanese pounds was part of a reconciliation conference.
