He explained that the electricity was cut off for three consecutive days yet was provided on the fourth day at night \u2013 which was useless. Another resident said that the Mawasir scam has impacted the transportation sector of Nyala. The Mawasir scam was a sort of Ponzi scheme that attracted investors from across Darfur. The source said that many of the city\u2019s vehicles were invested in the market scam, so they are longer available to the citizens of the city.
