He also pointed out that the price of a barrel of drinking water has risen to four pounds.<!--break--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mohamed Abdullah, a source speaking from the nearby Abu Shouk camp in North Darfur, said that the humanitarian situation is poor. He mentioned deficiencies in food, security conditions, and drinking water.
