That was what was suggested by the JEM chairman Khalil Ibrahim, who left Doha in May and has refused to return.<!--break-->Government and LJM negotiators began indirect negotiations on Wednesday on the topic of power-sharing. They planned to begin direct negotiations on this dossier on Thursday, according to a letter from the official spokesman of LJM\u2019s negotiating.&nbsp; Radio Dabanga learnt that Wednesday&#8217;s meeting was dedicated to discussion on the proposals of the mediation&nbsp;as well as the proposals of each party on power-sharing.
