The residents of the Khartoum Bileil neighborhood in Nyala North Locality complained to water management authorities about water cut-offs over the last more than three months. They said that the water authorities did not respond to them.<\/p>\n<p>A number of citizens who spoke to Radio Dabanga said that they have to stay up at nights just to fill&nbsp;one barrel.
