The government had accused the SPLM of harboring leaders of Darfuri movements in the South, and considered it as a declaration of war by the South. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; color: black;\">Abulgasim strongly denied to Radio Dabanga that his presence in Juba has anything to do with preparations for military action.
