Darfur"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>United Nations workers in South  Darfur believe that the Government of Sudan embezzled money allocated to it for humanitarian purposes. A source&nbsp;in the High Commission for&nbsp;Refugees (UNHCR)&nbsp;in South&nbsp;Darfur, who declined to be named,&nbsp;said&nbsp;there is&nbsp;a dispute with the government\u2019s Humanitarian Aid Commission (HAC) office in South&nbsp;Darfur.<!--break-->The source said that the HAC received funds to repatriate refugee families from Kalma Camp to their home regions. The funds were meant to cover the cost of relocating 254 families whom the HAC had reported were willing to return to their home areas in South Darfur. However, the government only relocated 177 families.
