During his visit he will witness the signing of an agreement between Arab tribal leaders leaders in the state. &nbsp;Karim Musa, deputy governor of South Darfur and state government spokesman, told Radio Dabanga that the president will witness what he called the \u2018biggest project for peaceful coexistence among the state\u2019s components.\u201d He said that tribal conflicts have hampered the development process in South  Darfur. &nbsp;<!--break-->For their part, the displaced people in Nyala opposed the visit by President Omar Al Bashir to Nyala today. The displaced people expressed their belief that the visit is designed as what they called an \u201cinvestment\u201d in the tribes for their next war, and it has nothing to do with peace and security in Darfur. The coordinator of camps in North Darfur, speaking to Radio Dabanga, also accused the native administration in Darfur of being politicized and non-neutral and affiliated with the Government and the National Congress Party.
