Eyewitnesses from El Obeid told Radio Dabanga\u2019s \u2018Tamazuj\u2019 program that hundreds of families fleeing from the war have arrived at the southern entrance of the city and that a large number of them have settled near El Obeid College of Technology.<!--break--> The witnesses added that those who fled are living in the open under the shade of trees in difficult humanitarian conditions, especially given the ongoing rains. They stated that most of the displaced people are women and children and that no humanitarian aid or services have been provided to them.
