They stated that the totality of their statements were given under torture, and therefore denied all charges pressed against them. The case&#39;s investigator presented his report to the court. Radio Dabanga is accused of negatively influencing the image of Sudan on both international and local levels due to its reports of killings, rapes and the situation of the displaced and refugees. Further charges amongst others include threatening national peace, disturbing the constitutional order and spying against the Government.<\/p>\n<p><!--break-->The prosecution was made against Abdelrahman Adam Abdelrahman, Abdelrahman al Gasim, the journalists Jaafar Al Sapky, Adam al Nur Adam, Zacharia Yacoub, Khalid Ishaq and Kawther Abdel Haj.
