This is contrary to the decision, ordering their release, that was issued by President Omar al-Bashir. Sandal stated that nine of them remained imprisoned in El Fasher, and the other two in Nyala Prison.<!--break--><\/p>\n<p>The lawyer explained that the detainees were arrested between 2009 and 2010, but have not been charged with anything.
