It aims to create an environment conducive to peaceful co-existence between herdsmen and farmers, based on customs and traditions. It also wishes to strengthen control mechanisms, as well as tightening administrative coordination. <!--break-->Dr. Abdu Dawood Suleiman, Minister of Finance and Economy, announced the opening of a number of financial organizations, including the Bank for Savings and Development (branch of the University of El Fasher), the MFI (for micro finance), and a family Bank (branch of El Fasher).
