Unconfirmed reports suggest that Hammad Tutu\u2019s defense lawyer was threatened not to participate in the case or talk to his client.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriel Adam Bilal, spokesperson of the JEM, condemned the decision calling it unjust and racist. He told Radio Dabanga, \u201cHammad is a prisoner of war.
