The attack targeted the army vehicle which had 11 passengers on board. It happened five kilometers from Umkher.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The witness added that the soldiers were on their way back from Garsila. \u201cThey were fetching the salaries of their colleagues and were on their way to the Tanko army base when the surprise attack took place.
