{"id":189969,"date":"2011-10-18T21:15:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-18T21:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dabangasudan.preview.websight.nl\/seven-women-burnt-to-death\/"},"modified":"2011-10-18T21:15:00","modified_gmt":"2011-10-18T21:15:00","slug":"seven-women-burnt-to-death","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dabangasudan.org\/en\/all-news\/article\/seven-women-burnt-to-death","title":{"rendered":"Seven women burnt to death"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>They had refused to leave their homes after a \u201c bloody massacre\u201d that took place one week ago<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seven elderly women from Ajra were reportedly burnt to death in North Darfur&#8217;s Azban village on Sunday.<!--break-->The son of one of the deceased women told Radio Dabanga that government militia riding Land Cruisers, horses and camels burnt the village of Azban on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The village had been abandoned by its residents last week due to a \u201cbloody massacre\u201d that led to the death of three people and many casualties.
