Various international observers have criticised the agreement for not including major Darfuri armed opposition groups.<\/p>\n<p>Ahmed Fadel, spokesperson of the LJM, told Radio Dabanga that Tijani was scheduled to spend two days in Khartoum in discussion and then go to Darfur.
