He asked refugees in the camps to allow him entry. \u201cThere will be no forced repatriation, it will be only voluntary,\u201d he assured the refugees and asked them to end tribal fights.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al Mahmoud announces state committees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ahmed bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the Qatari mediator who s accompanied Sese to Zalingei, announced the formation of  three committees from North, South and West Darfur.<\/p>\n<p>Al Mahmoud said that these committees would work as a support project for sustainable development and would report directly under the Bank of Development and Reconstruction of Darfur, which is yet to be established.<\/p>\n<p>Al Mahmoud concluded his visit to Darfur in Nyala and flew back to Doha. He said that there were two routes to development in Darfur. One that required emergency projects and another that needed attention for rehabilitation on a longer time scale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Civilians demands sustainable peace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yakub Khameez Musa Bash, general secretary of the opposition Umma Party in West Darfur, demanded sustainable security and peace from Tijani Sese on behalf of civilians in Zalingei.<\/p>\n<p>Yakub Khameez made this demand at the speech he gave for receiving Sese in Zalingei. \u201cThere needs to be an end to displacement,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Umma Party leaded also appealed to the Qatari mediator Abdullah Al Mahmoud to continue an inclusive and comprehensive peace process in Darfur.
