This is all because of the detention,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the conditions laid down by the authorities was unjust and unfair and a \u201cflagrant\u201d violation of the law and the constitution.<\/p>\n<p><strong>61 detainees released<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The release of the two omdas comes along with a general amnesty provided by the governor of North Darfur Usman Muhammed Yousuf Kibir to 61 detainees at the Shala prison during his visit to the prison.<\/p>\n<p>The wali, who made this announcement during his visit to the prison on occasion of Eid, said he would provide ambulances to take detainees suffering from poor health to the hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>He also promised to solve the water problem in the prison.
