Mohammed Yagoub, spokesperson of the JEM, said, \u201cThe bombing also led to the destruction of temporary shelters and water resources in those areas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The JEM condemned these attacks and called on the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to investigate the bombings and bring the perpetrators to justice immediately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere should be a no-fly zone over the skies of Darfur, South Kordofan and Blue Bile,\u201d Yagoub told Radio Dabanga.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Civilian confirms air strike<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A civilian from South Darfur\u2019s Aljorin locality confirmed Friday\u2019s air strikes in Alrehaid Aboutaib and Aljorin localities.<\/p>\n<p>The witness told Radio Dabanga that the aerial bombing took place at four in the afternoon. \u201cAbout 34 bombs were dropped in the area. It injured a 10-year-old resident Ahmed Mohammed Ahmed. The bombings also killed nearly 30 cattle,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Reportedly, the fire caused by the air raid spread to the plantations in the region. \u201cThree shepherds from the region are missing. We don\u2019t have any traces of them,\u201d the citizen who spoke to Radio Dabanga said. The missing people are Hamed Ibrahim Hamed, Atayeb Muhammad and Zakaria Issa Hussein.<\/p>\n<p>He appealed to the government on behalf of all citizens to stop indiscriminate bombing which had caused damage in the region.
