Camp residents expected&nbsp;the disarmament of militia groups and the expulsion of such groups&nbsp;from their villages as well as trials for perpetrators of crimes committed in&nbsp;Darfur.<\/p>\n<p>The memorandum also laid out the need for the provision of basic services,&nbsp;as well as compensation for individuals and the collective.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the note camp representatives flagged up the urgent issue of insecurity.
