<\/a>The Sudan Revolutionary Front (SRF) clashed with government forces and militia in Kirkdy, South Kordofan and in Alhtbaun, North Kordofan<\/span>. The SRF declared today they have full control of these areas.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/a> Mohamed Al-bilal is the deputy of Justice and Equality Movement (JEM) and the secretary of the Kordofan region. He told Radio Dabanga that JEM and Sudan Liberation Movement\/Army (SLM\/A), who are both part of the SRF, clashed with government troops and militia at 10 o’ clock this morning in <\/span>Kirkdy, South Kordofan. <\/span><\/span>The government troops then moved to Alhtbaun, North Kordofan, but were forced to flee the area after JEM took control of it. The government forces moved to Babanusa in South Kordofan. <\/span><\/p>\n

Al-bilal says they killed or wounded dozens of government troops since the clashes started and they took control of two tanks and 20 vehicles. <\/span>Al-bilal said he supports the demonstrations held by the Sudanese people and he appealed for the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) to join them and stop protecting the National Congress Party (NCP). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
