The level of water and rains reached a record and is causing serious damage to development projects. In addition, 1.400 people in Zalingei IDP camps in Central Darfur are affected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\" lang=\"en-US\">The report states that organizations rapidly delivered aid to the affected people and that the World Food Program (WFP) failed to provide relief due to bad road conditions. The WFP is specially not able to drive to Bindisi, Mukjar and Umm Khair in Central Darfur; Umm Dukhun in West Darfur and to Al-maleh in North Darfur.
