Three people were killed, among them a three year old child, when the area of Fanga was struck by an aerial attack from the Sudanese Air Forces (SAF) on Tuesday September 25. The SAF aircrafts dropped six bombs in the Fanga area of East Jebel Marra. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mustafa Tambur, SLM-Abdulwahid military spokesman, confirmed to Radio Dabanga that the bombing occurred at about 300 meters from Fanga’s market, killing three civilians. The fatal victims are Abdallah Ahmed Tamasoh El Moos, Mohamedein Idris Babiker and Um Salma Mohamed Musa. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tambour added that the bombardments caused residents to flee to neighboring valleys and creeks, seeking refuge and safety. <\/span><\/p>\n

The military spokesman warned the government of Sudan (GoS) that Sudanese Revolutionary Forces (SRF) will target El Fasher and Nyala airports from which all governmental aviation takes place to stop the bombing of civilians, he added to Radio Dabanga from the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Radio Dabanga contacted Unamid for verification of the events, but did not succeed to speak to their public information officer.<\/span><\/p>\n
