The accountants and cashiers informed them it was a decision made by the state governor and that the ministry of finance was \u2018forced to obey\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>An employee noted that the amounts deducted range between 10 Sudanese pounds (laborers) and 14 to 27 pounds for senior employees.
