The joint mechanism will be composed of representatives of five localities in addition to a number of state representatives from West and Central Darfur.<\/p>\n<p>The commissioner also revealed that an exchange of prisoners had taken place on Friday and stated that \u2018life had returned to normal\u2019 in Al Sareif.<\/p>\n<p>Hussein Jameh said Al Sareif is hosting about 15,000 displaced families, approximately 90,000 persons, in addition to the displaced in other towns such as Kabkabiya, Saraf Omra, Abu Gamra, Ghara Zawiya and Abu Liha.
