However, he continued, the international community only &#8220;continues watching these mass crimes being committed in Darfur&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Minawi, who is also head of the rebel group Sudan Liberation Movement (SLM-MM), emphasized that the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) has \u201cproven\u201d the regime of President Omar Al Bashir has committed genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
