However, by returning to the negotiating table, the tribes avoid being victims of the NCP.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Via Radio Dabanga, he posed questions to the people of Darfur: \u201cJust ask yourselves why there are no tribal wars in Khartoum, the North, El Jazeera or the East. Why are tribal wars only found in Darfur? Who is the beneficiary and who is behind all these wars?
