The education administration of Kalma camp in South Darfur has directed harsh criticism against the Darfur Regional Authority headed by Dr Tijani Sese \u201cfor not keeping and honouring its commitments and promises to establish two basic schools for the displaced in the Bielel area\u201d.<\/p>\n

Abdullah Mohamed Suleiman, the head of the education programme at camp Kalma told Radio Dabanga that the DRA head addressed the displaced two years ago and promised to set up schools in the Bielel area.<\/p>\n

Suleiman explained that although the Department of Education has prepared teachers and teaching aids, the authority has not built the schools.<\/p>\n

He pointed out: \u201cA high official at the level of Darfur, which is an area in the size of France, has given his word before an audience without fulfilling it.\u201d Suleiman appealed to Dr Sese \u201cto fulfil his promise and pledge by establishing the schools for the displaced children\u201d.<\/p>\n
