The treaty also stipulates that \u201call criminal cases subsequent to the signing should be treated as individual incidents to be handled within the criminal justice framework\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of the agreement \u201cAl Seraif and its administrative components exercise right and duty throughout the locality, including the mine of Jebel \u2018Amer, protect and keep the right to each of these resources\u2019 benefits in line with the rule of law and Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The management and protection of Jebel \u2018Amer mine will be taken over by the official government authorities.
