The Secretary General of the government of East Darfur state, Ahmed Mohamed Doud, confirmed 14 deaths among the Rizeigat and 27 injured.<\/p>\n<p>Various sources told Radio Dabanga that Thursday witnessed a complete ceasefire between the warring parties.
