The quarrel, about narcotics, resulted in the killing of three people.<\/p>\n<p>The conflict extended with the arrival of relatives of the dead, firing their guns at random at the market, which left nine people dead. The Security Committee of Kabkabiya succeeded in containing the conflict by separating the two parties.<\/p>\n<p>The Commissioner expressed his regret for the victims among the two groups.
