For this aim an ad hoc committee will visit the five states.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe funds necessary for the security arrangements have become available, and time schedules for the implementation phase are now being set up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The DRA authority will also hold a conference on the spread of arms in Darfur, in order to agree on the means to control its use. When complete disarmament has been achieved, \u201conly the law&nbsp;enforcement apparatus will have the right to carry arms\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sese reported that tenders will be requested concerning the provision of services to 176 of the 1,071 villages that fall under the Development Project. \u201cProjects for the establishment of villages for voluntary returnees are nearing completion and expected to benefit hundreds of thousands of citizens.
