About 4,500 residents of Shangil Tobaya attended a commemoration ceremony on Sunday for the victims of the aerial bombardment that targeted a Toyota carrying 16 people on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

The car was on its way to Shangil Tobaya, coming from Tabit. The bombing led to the death of 14 and the serious injury of two passengers.<\/p>\n

The deceased are: Ahmed Yagoub Mohamed , Halima Ali Juma and her baby, Hawa Tibin Juma, Suleiman Abdelrasoul Ibrahim, Adam Abdelmumin Abdelrasoul, Mohamed Ahmed Adam, Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed, Ali Ahmed Mohammed, El Nazeer Ali Ahmed, and Suleiman Ahmed. The wounded, Adam Osman Ahmed and Mohamed Yagoub Abakar, were transferred to El Fasher hospital for treatment on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Sources from Shangil Tobaya confirmed to Radio Dabanga that on Sunday Unamid forces managed to reach the site of the incident for documentation.<\/p>\n

The residents of the area of Karfola, East Jebel Marra, held a similar commemoration, for the victims of the bombing by Antonov and MiG aircraft on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
