He resisted at first but later surrendered.<\/p>\n<p>There were no casualties. The local authorities immediately closed all entrances to the city.<\/p>\n<p>The commissioner of Nyala locality, Abdelrahman Hussein Gardoud, said that the security forces managed to follow a trail which may soon lead them to the perpetrators. He added that this incident reveals a lot of \u201cweak points\u201d of the security services.<\/p>\n<p>Gardoud explained that the perpetrators carried out the attack using a Honda Accent car with darkened windows.
