The LMJ secretary also conveyed his movement\u2019s apologies to the citizens in the area for any collateral damage to their property. \u201cThe LMJ assumes full responsibility.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bakhit stated that the joint rebel forces are still in control of the area.<\/p>\n<p>The Governor of South Darfur, Adam Mahmoud Jarelnabi, said that 20 people, including 12 civilians, were killed in the attack on Katila.
