The Staff Committee considers the DRA decision as \u201can evasion from paying their dues and arrears\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Grade-9 DRA employees formed a staff committee in December last year to handle their complaints about the non-payment of their salaries for two consecutive months.<\/p>\n<p>The grade-9 staff members total 200, and include agriculturalists,&nbsp;veterinarians, engineers, administrative officers and computer technicians.
