The offenders involved in the attack on a convoy of Sudanese traders on 31 December 2013 have been arrested.<\/p>\n<p>The president of CAR, Michel Djotodia, submitted his resignation on Friday under international pressure at a summit aimed at ending the ongoing violence. He sought exile in Benin. Yet, clashes between rival militias have continued since his departure.
