They have lacked drinking water for a month.<\/p>\n<p>Mohamed explained that the new displaced are drinking unsafe water. The organisations working in the camp informed the leaders that as the newcomers arrived late in the year, there is no budget allocated for them.<\/p>\n<p>The newly displaced are in need of three wells and four water pumps, the secretary-general said.
