They will negotiate with seven government experts in each round of talks.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\" lang=\"en-GB\">Participants of the delegation are amongst others Dr el Shafee Khidir of the Sudanese Communist Party, Blue Nile political leader Farah Agar, Solomun Jamus of the Justice and Equality Movement, Sudanese human rights activist and member of the Enough Project Omar Gamar Adin Ismail, female activist Mrs Najwa Musa, Andudu Adam Anil, and Mohamed Abdallah Khater.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\" lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Talks will test the NCP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\" lang=\"en-GB\">Arman assured that the delegation will go to Addis Ababa with a \u201cvery clear plan to solve all issues of Sudan and in particular the conflict areas, as well as the political and humanitarian issues.\u201d He predicted that the talks will be a real test for the ruling National Congress Party (NCP). \u201cWill President Omar Al Bashir&#8217;s earlier remarks come true and is he willing to deal with all political parties, or is he attempting to prolong the process of change?<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\" lang=\"en-GB\">\u201cWhat the SPLM-N wants, is to make the convention of 28 June 2011 to be a springboard for a comprehensive solution for the problems in Sudan.
